Multi-City Client Engagement Portfolio
Scalable VIP Hosting Strategy & Proposal Design
The Challenge
A global accounting and consulting firm issued a highly structured RFP requiring three distinct client-hosting experiences across Dallas, Washington, D.C., and New York City. The challenge was to develop scalable, premium activations within strict, tiered investment parameters. The solutions needed to reflect the firm’s "trusted partner" positioning, adhere to strict compliance and gifting regulations, and align with their specific client-segmentation model.
Project Overview
-
Client: Global Accounting & Consulting Firm
-
Locations: Dallas, Washington, D.C., New York City
-
Event Type: VIP Client Engagement Portfolio
The Strategy
I developed a unified proposal framework titled "Crafting Experiences with Purpose," rooted in three core principles: Intentional Connection, Scalable Design, and Elevated Simplicity. Rather than offering generic hospitality packages, I conceptualized a portfolio of bespoke activations tailored to each market's specific budget and audience expectations. This allowed the client to see a clear, strategic path for engaging different tiers of their own clientele—from emerging relationships to C-suite executives—while maintaining brand consistency across the country.

Budget & Compliance Architecture
The Execution
I developed and designed a comprehensive client-facing proposal featuring detailed budget architecture, compliance-conscious gifting strategies, and immersive visual mood boards. Rather than presenting the concepts in a traditional PowerPoint deck, I formatted the final deliverable as an interactive, editorial-style digital flip-book that allowed the client to explore each market and experience as part of one cohesive story.
-
Dallas, TX: "Modern Frontier" – An approachable, interactive Texas ranch experience emphasizing casual networking through roping lessons, field games, and an acoustic trio.
-
Washington, D.C.: "The Art of Impact" – An exclusive, legacy-focused evening beginning with a private U.S. Capitol tour, followed by an art-forward dinner at the National Portrait Gallery featuring a living canvas painter and string quartet.
-
New York, NY: "Runway" – A highly immersive digital art and fashion experience at ARTECHOUSE NYC, blending innovation, culture, and visual storytelling into a distinctly modern New York evening.
-
Additional US Open Hospitality Strategy: “The US Open, Reimagined” – A separate tiered hospitality program organized around three account levels. Each level offered progressively elevated access, dining, amenities, and concierge support, giving the client a clear and scalable framework for hosting different groups while maintaining a consistent premium experience.
