I’m a creative marketing and sales enablement professional who helps MICE-focused organizations turn complex ideas into clear, compelling stories. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution—supporting proposal development, RFP management, and high-impact sales materials that elevate both brand and message. I’m known for strengthening brand consistency and presentation quality across every client-facing touchpoint, while also building scalable systems that make teams more efficient and collaborative. From onboarding RFP platforms to organizing global sales asset libraries, I thrive in fast-paced environments where structure and creativity need to work hand in hand. An advanced Canva user with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, I bring a designer’s eye, a marketer’s mindset, and a project manager’s discipline to every initiative—always focused on clarity, polish, and results.

Work Experience

2025-Present

Global Sales Coordinator

  • Design and develop high-impact sales proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral that strengthen brand consistency, clarity, and visual storytelling across MICE client engagements.

  • Serve as a key sales enablement partner supporting proposal coordination, presentation quality, and RFP responses for global MICE programs.

  • Lead the organization and ongoing management of the Sales Asset Library, curating reusable slides, approved imagery, and templates to improve efficiency and reduce duplicated effort.

  • Own the onboarding and implementation of Responsive, the organization’s RFP management platform, including cleaning, categorizing, tagging, and migrating nearly 400 legacy Q&A entries in partnership with the Responsive implementation team.

2024-2025

Event Coordinator 

  • Supported sales and internal teams by coordinating, documenting, and managing platforms across Salesforce and Smartsheet.

  • Applied marketing and graphic design expertise to sales presentations, refining narrative structure, visual hierarchy, and client-focused messaging to deliver polished, on-brand materials.

2016 - 2023

Marketing (Business) Manager

In my last positions, I led the development of marketing strategies and took charge of project planning and delivery of prioritized marketing initiatives, all while balancing the daily requirements of the sales force. My responsibilities also included managing the marketing creative team to ensure the successful execution of strategic and sales-focused projects.

  • Over the course of eight years, I orchestrated the annual sales meeting for 120-200 attendees. This involved handling venue selection, accommodations, transportation, catering, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to enhance the overall event experience.

  • Over the past three years, I have been instrumental in managing the President's Club annual trip for top sales producers, consisting of 50-100 attendees. I have overseen all logistics, from venue selection to accommodations, transportation, activities, and dinners, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for the participants. Additionally, I played a key role in shaping the trip into its current successful format.

2005 - 2011

Communication Systems Supervisor

In my role, I took the lead in designing, implementing, and managing the District Call Center, efficiently handling an average of 1200 transportation customer service calls daily. By streamlining communication between the transportation department, parents, and the community, we achieved a remarkable 50% reduction in transportation-related issues.

Furthermore, I had the privilege of leading a dynamic team for the district's charity, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. As a result of our efforts in coordinating walkers, events, and day-of-activities, we witnessed a 25% increase in district involvement and an impressive 80% rise in donations, contributing to record-breaking contributions for the foundation.
